These policies cover ebooks and training programs bought from my Gumroad store. For how I handle your information, see my privacy policy.
Refund policy
All sales are final. My ebooks and programs are digital downloads, and once a file is delivered, it can't be returned.
There are 2 exceptions:
- The file is broken or won't download. Email me and I'll send a working copy. If I can't fix it, I'll refund you in full.
- You were charged twice for the same product. I'll refund the duplicate.
For either one, email ben.skutnik@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and what went wrong. I'll reply within 3 business days.
Training disclaimer
My programs and ebooks are general education. They aren't medical advice, and they aren't individualized coaching.
Exercise carries risk, including injury. Talk with your doctor before you start, especially if you have a health condition or an injury, are pregnant, or haven't trained in a while.
Train within your ability. Warm up, use equipment that's in good shape, and stop if something hurts or you feel dizzy, faint, or short of breath. Get medical help if those symptoms don't pass.
Any nutrition information is general too. It doesn't replace care from your doctor or a registered dietitian, especially if you have a medical condition.
You're responsible for how you use these programs. By buying and using them, you accept the risks that come with training. To the extent the law allows, Skutnik Performance LLC and Ben Skutnik aren't liable for injury, illness, or loss that results from using them.
Results vary from person to person, and I can't promise any specific outcome.
If you're under 18, use these programs only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Terms
Ebooks and programs in my Gumroad store are sold by Skutnik Performance LLC, my company. Gumroad processes the payment, handles sales tax, and delivers the files, so its terms of service apply to your purchase too.
By buying, you agree to these terms, including the refund policy and training disclaimer above.
Personal use
Everything you buy is for your own personal use. You can download it, print it, and use it in your own training.
You can't:
- share, forward, or post the files anywhere
- resell them or include them in anything you sell
- use them to coach clients, teams, or gym members

Discord access
Every purchase includes access to my private Discord. Access lasts as long as the server exists. I can remove anyone who breaks the server rules, and removal doesn't come with a refund. Discord's own terms apply while you're there.
Updates
You get the version of the product that was available when you bought it. Small fixes, like typos or a broken file, are free. A revised edition is sold as a new product.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
